Madrid, Spain – DreamGlass® Transforms Historic Façade with Modern Privacy Technology
The renowned Spanish architecture firm NEO Arquitectos has once again partnered with Dream Glass Group for a prestigious and technically demanding project in the heart of Madrid’s city center.
Tasked with the complete refurbishment of a historic building overlooking the iconic Retiro Park, NEO Arquitectos specified DreamGlass® switchable privacy glass for the building’s striking new façade. The installation included 113 custom-designed DreamGlass® panels, each featuring double-glazed solar control units, spanning all seven stories of the structure.
Replacing conventional interior curtains and blinds, DreamGlass® panels offer uninterrupted panoramic views with instant privacy control at the touch of a button. The result is a seamless blend of historic architecture and contemporary innovation—enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
